Help For Lame, Fanboy Bloggers

Let’s start with most (all?) SolidWorks bloggers. For those that don’t know it, the reason to be a SolidWorks blogger is to get “perks” from SolidWorks Corp., be treated like “press” and get in free to SolidWorks World. When it comes to telling the truth about SolidWorks severe limitations such as not being able to work quickly and efficiently with imported solids or having no collaboration tools so you can understand someone else’s design intent there is no way you’re going to read the real truth about the tools that SolidWorks really needs and has needed for over ten years on any of these lame, fanboy blogger websites.

Since it’s all about “style” and not substance I thought I’d try and help with some musical suggestions to compliment their websites:

Alex Ruiz: The SolidWorks Geek.

I’ll give Alex some credit for not deleting my posts to his blog and instead just threatening to do so to keep his fan base loyal and happy. Way to suck up, Alex!

Alex, my suggestion for background music compliments your heritage and gives you a cool,  fresh approach to a tired classic. For sure it meets the Jon Banquer standard for excellence and would go a long ways toward showing you might some day have a clue.

Ricky Jordan:

No doubt about it, Ricky Jordan’s blog has some of the best coverage of SolidWorks but unlike Alex Ruiz the SolidWorks Geek, who so far doesn’t believe in censorship (but now thinks I’m a racist, LOL), Ricky Jordan most certainly believes in censorship deleting some of my posts to his blog that told it like it was about Matt Lombards SolidWorks Bible book and where the first addition badly needed work.  Based on Ricky Jordan’s southern heritage (remember I’m now a racist) I’ve come up with what I feel represents not only the best of the south but what represents what SolidWorks has been on for the last ten years when it comes to dealing with non-native solids and collarboration tools. Now when people view Ricky Jordan’s blog they will at least get the truth about what SolidWorks Corp is on…

Coming soon more suggestions for other lame, fanboy bloggers who can badly use some clues.
